Only use the bed for sleep or having sex, not for reading, watching TV or making phone calls.

1. If you can’t sleep after going to bed for 30 minutes get up for a while. Try reading something incredibly boring.

2. Fix your sleeping time, develop a bed time for sleep.

3. Before going to bed never drink tea, coffee and (doctors pepper).

4. The stress lowering effect of a drink with dinner may have to promote sleep later.

5. You might try warm bath, warm milk, light bed time snack, message or quite music.

6. If you have a painful joint or a headache, take a pain pill before bed time.

7. Exercise regularly but not shortly before sleep.
