1. Eat more vegetables containing small number of proteins (spinach, cabbage, broccoli). However, such a diet should be included in small quantities and more nourishing foods (eggs, tofu, fish, chicken, turkey).

2. Support blood sugar levels in norm. It is very difficult to lose weight, when sugar level all the time increased.

3. Daily eat thermogenic products – red peppers, ginger, cumin, cinnamon, citrus (especially lemon).

4. Drink green tea – It contains large amounts of antioxidants and Other useful substances that speed up metabolism.

5. Better digestion – chew or eat in a hurry.
