It is normal to lose between 50-100 hairs a day, this is part of the hair renewal process. However most people suffer from excessive hair loss at one time in their life.

First of all you need to find out what are the causes of hair loss. And while not all are lost, take urgent steps to get back the shock of hair and former splendor.

Causes of hair loss

  • Poor nutrition: Due to inadequate protein or iron in your diet or poor nourishment in other ways can cause hair loss.
  • Disease: High fever, severe infection, severe flu and Diabetes and  can cause hair loss.
  • Medications: Some drugs may cause temporary hair loss. ie- medicine of gout, arthritis, depression, heart treatment.
  • Stress: One of the leading causes of hair loss
  • Hormonal changes: Hormonal changes and imbalances can cause temporary hair loss. ie-pregnancy

How to Prevent Hair Loss


  • Take your vitamins?

Fine, but you have to look at the list of components. Hair growth is enhanced by: folic acid, selenium, zinc, iron, silicon.

  • Sit on a diet?

For hair growth take saltwater fish (salmon, cod, trout), veal, red caviar, eggs, spinach, pomegranates and olive oil.

  • Frequent combing your hair?

‘Grandma’ method is still relevant. Brush your hair each time for 100 times. To be effective, add a couple of motions: comb hair circular motion in the direction of the temples to the crown, then – from the temples, forehead and neck. All they can improve blood circulation, and thus accelerate the delivery of useful micronutrients to the roots of hair.
