Walking is good for the heart of women

Walking briskly (1.6 mph or below) for two hours or more per week to Walking for Heart reduces the risk of heart attack, at least in women. And ‘ as demonstrated in a study published in the journal Stroke: Journal of the American Heart Association. The study says that 39,315 women mean age 54 years and covers both heart attack risk in general and the risk of myocardial ischemia and hemorrhagic....
